Olympus Grand Crossing

Even my old apartments that were $900 a month had a security guard….Cameras don’t work and there has been over 10 car break ins since I’ve lived here including my car and even a police officers patrol car. I don’t need the apartment phone # or to come down to the leasing office to discuss. These are well known issues that they know of but don’t address.

This has been one of the worst living experiences we have ever had. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with constant pest infestations (silverfish and roaches), water seeping through the bathroom walls leaving residue, and mold in the showers that requires repeated bleaching. There’s also mold on the window panes, and the screens are broken, so we can’t even open our windows for fresh air without letting more bugs inside. Pest control has been sent out well over 10 times and they do a little spray, but the problems remain the same. I even had a silverfish fall onto my desk from the ceiling while I was working from home. The infestation has gotten so bad that we cannot sleep in our own beds due to multiple findings of them crawling in the beds. We’ve had to sleep on the couch and even stay in ho

I recently toured Olympus Grand Crossing and had a wonderful experience! Alex was amazing—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the community, explain the amenities, and answer all of my questions. The property itself is beautiful, with spacious floor plans and modern finishes, and the amenities really stand out. Everything was clean, well-kept, and felt very inviting. The location is also great, with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Thanks to Alex, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I can definitely see myself living here and highly recommend touring Olympus Grand Crossing!

Kennedy Was Amazing! Very thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire tour process . Gave us tips and tricks when it comes to living in Texas that we wouldn’t have ever thought of being from Indiana. Would recommend her 10 times over! Thank you so much for all the information. And just incase you didn’t know … the pool water is CLEAR AND BLUE !

I do not recommend living in this apartment complex. I find it in very bad taste that you pay so much money to live peacefully, and in the end, your car is practically stolen and they simply don’t take any responsibility. They even say themselves that they are not liable. Knowing that the gate was broken and it was their responsibility to fix it, they took their time, and this happened. And they don’t even have security cameras on the property.
