Olympus at Ten Mile

My husband, toddler, and I lived here for one year before moving into a house last month, and it was the best apartment complex we’ve lived in by far!! Kristina the office manager is so kind, responsive, and accommodating! There were several times I had locked myself out and she helped me get in quickly, she even replied quickly to emails on weekend evenings out of the office whenever we needed anything! The maintenance guy, Ryan, was very prompt and responded to requests for help within the day! The property is well taken care of and the apartments themselves are super nice and clean! Kristina plans community parties for every holiday which were always so fun, especially for the kiddos! She also keeps the office full of snacks and drinks for kids to stop in! I have lived here for 2 years. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Kristina was great when I renewed my lease. She's been great about keeping everyone informed. She's been working hard at coming with events for the residents so everyone can get to know each other. Ryan deserves credit for keeping the grounds clean when people don't want be responsible for cleaning up after their pets. He's very responsive and efficient with getting work orders completed in a timely manner. Thank you Kristina and Ryan for making this a great place to live.

I recently moved into my new apartment at Olympus at Ten Mile, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly fast and seamless, which made the transition so much easier. A special shoutout to Kristina, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She was super helpful, friendly, and always available to answer my questions.

Update 9/10/24: Lived here almost 3 years now and still love it! We did recently lose our Property Manager, Tristan, but the new Manager Kristina is just as awesome! She's been super helpful getting some changes done to our current lease. All was quick and efficient, and she's extremely friendly. Still a very pet friendly complex, which makes my 10-year old, 4 legged boy happy. Highly recommend! Never been happier with an apartment complex. Management is informative and responsive, grounds are kept clean and neighbors are super friendly. We love it here!
