Huge shoutout to Jessie and Jada — they truly go above and beyond! If I could give 200/100, I would. They made my apartment search, move-in, and settling-in process so smooth and pleasant. I toured one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and townhome options (three separate visits!), and each time they were incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions in detail. I even asked them to take videos of the units and the surrounding areas, and they responded quickly every time. Very happy with our experience. The leasing process was organized, straightforward and efficient. Our leasing consultant Jada did a great job explaining details and answering our questions. Since our move-in we have had several routine service issues and all were resolved very quickly.
