Snow, Ice or Rain, the phenomenol staff of Olympus at Jack Britt Apartment community made life happen for me. Despite the inclement weather, Shari-Ann wasted zero minutes answering my questions, concerns and accomodating me into her already busy schedule. She provided me a tour of several apartment units and the community. Shari-Ann understands customer service and knows how to to treat people with diginity, respect and genuien care. Property Manager Jennifer was also very accomodating with my short notice request and adjustments to move-in/Key day. Since I am new to the area, she guided me to my local stores and nearby services. I've been living here for about 3 years. The only real advantage of this apartment complex is its close location to Jack Britt High School. Other than that, there are no significant benefits that make it stand out. For the same price, there are many other apartments in the area with similar quality and amenities.

I recently just moved here the staff is amazing as well as the maintenance team . An a huge thanks to Sabina she was phenomenal through our tour. It's a clean community quiet a safe our neighbors are kind a sweet i literally felt the warm welcoming . If you're ever looking for a perfect apartment with genuine kind people come to Olympus at jack britt you won't be disappointed .

I had a really great experience with Moises and everyone from the maintenance team at Olympus! They were super friendly, and professional. You can tell they really care about their work and about helping residents.

I hate it! Noise complaints are through the roof. Nobody handles them the proper way anymore. They went thru idk how many different management companies. The prices are way too high for it to come with nothing. The neighbors don’t respect quiet hours and they do nothing about it. I don’t recommend anyway living here.!!!!!!!
