Olympic Village

I recently moved out of this apartment complex and wanted to leave a well-deserved review. Since living here for almost 15 years. Rebecca, the rental manager, is truly the best. She is professional, approachable, and always responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. She made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. Jeff and Darryl, the lead maintenance team, are absolutely awesome. They are extremely time-efficient, knowledgeable, and dependable. Whenever I needed work done, they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and completed repairs thoroughly. I am very satisfied with my move in to Olympic Village Apartments. Rebecca who was very sweet and communicative doing my online application process. She handled everything professionally, and very fast I may say. I was given a decision 4 days after submitting it on Friday. Welcoming and friendly environment, quiet, pool is great I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!!!!!!

If you want roaches definitely move in here! The management was super nice but the apts were not! Thanks for the hospitality but if you’re moving in here definitely ONLY move into the renovated building (the one that recently burnt down), bc if not you’ll definitely have a roach problem. Besides that I feel like they’re a bit overpriced but I loved that utilities were included in the rent.

Friendly Leasing agents in office. Original apt was on the 2nd floor but I saw that one. The 2nd one they said would he available 2 weeks later and it was fine. I had to wait til lease day to view it though. I really love the space the apartment has and the washer/dryer. But I didn't realize the amount of uneven that the floor has. Big hill in the hallway and the master bedroom is not even either. Disappointed that the carpet in the hallway keeps getting mysteriously soaked? It's like a puddle there. This is not great at all. A Day after I signed the lease it appeared. My children and I started sneezing and stuff when b4 we were fine. So it's gotta be definite mold spores around here too. The oven also is not even. All the oil goes to one side of the pan.

Do not move here unless you want to deal with roaches. Have been told I have one of the cleanest units yet still battle roaches and they will not enforce the surrounding neighbors to be clean to get rid of this problem. Roaches gross me out and when I did a tour they showed me an entirely different unit then the one I was moving into so when I came to move in they dropped it on me that my unit was different then the one they showed cause I definitely want through cabinets and closets to make sure there were no bugs. I had already signed all the paperwork and made deposits and first months rent otherwise I would've ran the opposite direction as soon as I found out I wasn't going into the unit they showed me. This is one of the worst places to move, the neighbors are rude and disrespectful p
