I moved in when the property was just bought by the new owner, he and the manager have done a great job fixing up the property. They fixed the gate which was great for many reasons! Maintenance is done in a timely manner which is sadly uncommon here in corpus. Overall you just won’t be disappointed!!
I've been here about a year and it's been a perfect fit. reasonable rent price for how crazy things are these days and Seth is always prompt to respond to questions I have or maintenence requests.
I just moved in on Friday! The Manager Seth is great! professional … and very helpful.. apartment is nice and Cold A/C ! … Thanks again
