I am a first-time homebuyer (woohoo!) and I worked with Nick Barkins from Olson Realty. What an absolute gem of a human being this man is. I was as nervous as anybody going into things, and I was also on a tight schedule to move. Nick was available nearly 24/7 for advice, he suggested places that fit my needs, and he was always up front and honest when viewing properties. If something didn't seem right, he let me know immediately, and I may have dodged a bullet or two as a result. From the scouting process, to the time we spent under contract, to the very day I signed the paperwork and took control of my new home, Nick was there for me. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience to say the least. They tried to bully me into moving forward with a home purchase after I found out that drug use had been going on at the residence. During inspection I found the doors unlocked and drugs on the floor. The house had been compromised more than once while I was under contract yet I was never notified and only found out after I found the house unlocked and the drugs on the floor. They put my safety and health at risk by not disclosing this information. This is my first time buying a home and they took advantage of that. James Olson intentionally misrepresented his position in the contract. Realtor Stephanie Price also made a lot of dishonest statements. I would never work with this company again and if anyone does do so

I was so happy to have worked with Amber Vaughn and her team. She really went extra miles to make sure my family was taken care of. After many searches and no's, we finally get to enjoy our first home!!! It was not easy and yet not only does Amber know this business, she also made time to really keep us informed, negotiate, and find what homes would fit us all. That alone made it easier and worth it. Honestly, best decision we have made and I love that she still checks on us, she's been added to our family! She is more than amazing at her job, this is just what she does and loves doing it. Amber Vaughn is hands down the BEST realtor, she is patient, understanding, and works hard for her clients. She has helped me sell my home and buy a new one, which was no easy feat as we wanted 3 acres or more. In the end she not only got us our home on 5 acres, sold our house, but kept me calm whenever I started to feel overwhelmed. She responds any day, any time, I couldn’t have made it through this process without her, I most definitely would have given up.
