Justin Bombard was our realtor and he made the process as easy as possible for us. We looked at probably 20 different houses together trying to find the right one, and He was super patient the whole time and actually recommended the one we bought. Once the tours were over, he and his team made the process really easy on us. He organized all repairs, managed the offers between us and the owner, and explained all of the paperwork despite whatever else he had going on. The checklist to finalize was straightforward and easy to follow. I would recommended Justin and this company to anybody in Columbia looking to buy a home. They have a professional team and network of people that make the process super easy and simple.

I will never ever recommend this real estate to no one ever. Olivia Cooley was the real estate agent of the other party who I bought the house from. She was so unprofessional during the whole closing and not just that, I went over to the home that was bought and they left a big mess, a nasty mess that till this day has not been picked up! We have been reaching out and she has yet to reply and be responsible for the matter that is going on. Me as a person who is buying my first home this is a terrible experience especially from her side and especially the unprofessional act. I also want to put out here that they had a whole month to move out and have the house clean and done for me to move in, but no they were still taking stuff out the day I closed on the house. Purchasing a home is definitely a big investment and can be very scary but my agent Chad Rains made my experience great. I felt like he truly represented ME during the sale and had my best interest at the forefront at all times. Even after my purchase, he kept tabs and was available for any questions or concerns that I had. I’m sure everyone at the Olivia Cooley agency is great, but Chad ranks at the top for me.
