Oliver Apartments

Even though I don’t live at The Oliver Apartments, I’m next door, I’m there almost every day walking my dog around their property because it’s just that beautiful. The manager is always incredibly friendly and never misses a chance to greet us with a smile and a dog treat, which my pup absolutely loves! They host great resident events, and what I appreciate most is that the manager always makes sure we know we’re welcome to join, even though we're not residents. That level of kindness and community is rare. The entire property is impeccably cared for, truly one of the nicest landscaping jobs in the area. I’ll admit, I’m a bit jealous of how perfect their lawn is compared to ours. If we ever decide to downsize, The Oliver would definitely be at the top of our list. The atmosphere, the commu

My experience with Oliver apartments has been great so far! The process of getting into our apartment was very easy and welcoming. The management is top notch, professional, helpful, and kind. There is a wonderful playground which is great for kids, some swings would be great to have for little ones but this definitely works! The only thing I would change is the shared laundry facilities. The laundry units are pretty small and can only handle a very small load. I recommend trying to get an apartment that has a laundry hookup inside of it. Other than that, 5 stars from me. I definitely recommend these awesome apartments to anyone who’s interested.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Oliver Apartments! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They’re very understanding and quick to address any issues that come up. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and any appliance fixes have been done in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a great place to live—I highly recommend it!

I just moved in and my apartment is uninhabitable. There is not safe water to drink or wash in. The first day I moved in and got the keys the entire apartment reeked of rotten eggs. I had asked the leasing agent to please give me an apartment without issues as I had just had multiple neck surgeries and has two nightmare experiences (black mold and toxins) in previous apartments. I expected this to not be an issue because of the staff and the reviews on google but it’s clear the water heaters are not maintained and after speaking with water treatment and a plumber they both suggest the issue may be larger than just my water heater. The Management at Oliver is amazing. You are welcomed in like family with a great Big smile. Ms. Lia makes everything so enjoyable and a great experience. She welcomes with a amazing smile amd answer all questions you may have. More Apartments need managers like her. She is amazing at what she does to make you feel at home.
