Spruce Real Estate Partners is an exceptional firm to work with and is extremely professional and capable as a business partner. Maleda Berhane is a proven real estate professional who brings value to each and every project she supports, participates and provides services for.

I wouldn’t ever recommend ever living here. Neighbors smoked for a full year inside, owners never enforced the smoking policy. After 25+ points of contact they finally come out and have an “expert” check it out, which was their lack luster handyman. They came back and said there was no signs of smoking, when I asked for results the property manager couldn’t answer. Upkeep of the building is nonexistent. The owner is majority owner of the HOA, collects monthly fees and hasn’t updated the dilapidated rooftop in years living there. Smoking inside was a major health risk to myself and my partner, and not to forget a huge fire risk that they not only didn’t take action on, but made us feel crazy for ever bringing up. Maleda is a slum lord!

Maleda and her team at Spruce Real Estate Partners have been nothing but professional and exceptional to work with. Never had an issue with her and her team. Any negative comments posted about Spruce REP are false and posted will ill-intent.
