Olive Grove Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 4-5 years. Its a nice place to live other then the load kids in the afternoons and all day in summer. I will say they raise the rent almost every yr I’ve been here. I’m not a fan of the fake wood cabinets and flat paint on the walls that seems to hold every print. The lay out is spacious with a small walk-in closet & a en suite in the master. Wood laminate floors and carpeted bedrooms with an open layout living,-dinning room & kitchen. We have a drive way, garage covered front porch and a concrete patio with yard on each side. I like the neighbors that I’ve met also.

Awesome place to live. Manager is amazing and very helpful. She is also very friendly and willing to go out of her way to make sure we have what we need. Neighbors are also very friendly.

Nice place to live. Great Property Manager (Finally!!!) I really like my neighbors, just wish they had a playground or place where the kids could gather and play.That would be awesome!
