The current management is fantastic! When we first moved in when the building first opened, the management was unresponsive and generally unhelpful. Then Bachand Group took over the management, and there was a quick and significant difference! They have been quick and helpful in communication, and they have added so many improvements to the building and apartment community! The current property manager, Adam, has been one of the most helpful and flexible individuals I've ever met with apartment leasing. He worked with us in our very unique situation to make our move-out easy and stress-free. We've really enjoyed living here.
