She really knows the market and explained everything clearly to me. She also pointed out things in the houses that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own, which was super helpful. Her team — including her attorney and loan officer — made the whole process easy and smooth. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Olga! She is super profesional, skilled, knowledgeable and resourceful. I have done two back to back transactions with Olga (a purchase and a sale) and both were a breeze. When it comes to the realtor skills she knows all the little documentation details and tactics to make a transaction successful in the favor of her client. Aside from the realtor skills she possesses a lot of knowledge about property conditions and home systems. I think she can easily get a home inspector license :) She is also very resourceful. Usually there is a lot of legal documentation, mortgage documentation and many other steps involved in a real estate transaction. For each of these domains you have to go shop around and find the best individuals to facilitate the transaction. I had to do none
