Avoid This Community – Save Your Peace of Mind! I lived in Olde Salem Village and had one of the worst rental experiences of my life. Here’s why I strongly advise you not to move here: • Fraudulent & Excessive Utility Billing: There are no separate meters for apartments. Every month you are charged $250+ for water/sewer whether you use it or not. You end up paying for common areas and other units’ usage. • Severe Parking Issues: After 6 PM, there is no parking available at all. I had to drive around the community for hours just to find a spot. Half the parking is “reserved,” the other half is informally “taken” by tenants with management connections. Es un pésimo lugar no le recomiendo a nadie,te cobran hasta la basura y el agua del retrete,llega el cobro del mes y luego unos días llega más saldo y más saldo que tengo pendiente y hay demasiadas cucaracha y dicen que van a fumigar y jamás vienen,y las escaleras son un asco ya que no le ponen seguros esas puerta y por eso me tuve que salirme ese lugar ya que no era muy seguro y más que lo que cobran y todavía me cobraban para poner mi propio aire acondicionado y más de eso pagaba la luz yo
