Olde Hampton Village Apartments

Really nice place to live. Lots of cosmetic updates inside and out. New windows in all apartments as of summer of 2022, new roofs being done fall of 2024. Management personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Lived there for 8 years management sucks The maintenance people do not know how to do their job and also management wants neighbors to rat each other out for anything and take pictures of you sitting on your deck to come up with bogus lies so they can throw you out on a whim I would suggest do not live there The rent goes up every single year in 8 years our rent went up seven times they don't do anything if you put a complaint in to the corporate office in Derry New Hampshire they do nothing for you sue the manager can do whatever she wants take pictures of you spread rumors about you because she will ask tenants what they think of each other and spread rumors to make your life a living hell if you're looking for a place to live do not look there Go as far away from there as possible

Been here for 6 years . Every thing its all good with maintence and landlord.. very friendly . The only bad thing it's that some neighbors complain for everything. But thats a gamble thing. Other than that love it here.
