I actually moved escrow companies because her and Kotten, my escrow officer, moved from another escrow company. Their friendliness and strong work ethic shine bright. This company gave me misleading information. This lead to me being delayed in acquiring the profits from the sale of my home. They should realize that the escrow process is complex and not everybody will oonderstand all aspects of it. When I called to discuss the issue they didn't seem to care since the escrow had closed and they received their money
