Old Republic Title

This is the first negative review I have ever written. We were very unhappy with Old Republic Title Company and would not recommend them or use them again. A home purchase is a big financial transaction especially with the current level of interest rates. We completed paperwork with Old Republic Title so that our funds would earn interest while they were held in the escrow account. This was done when we made our initial deposit. On the drive home from signing all the closing paperwork, we learned the escrow officer wanted the remaining funds there a day early to facilitate the transaction closing on time. I highly reference this title company for escrow/title services for refinance, sale and purchases. The entire staff is generally nice to work with, very efficient and dedicated to making your transaction go smoothly. Excellent service
