We asked Old Mill to help us buy a new home and sell our current one. We were told by the selling agent that nobody would take any contingent offers seriously unless our house was listed and preferably already under contract. We accepted an offer on our home and then began working with a different agent at Old Mill on finding a new home. After showing us several properties, he all of a sudden refused to schedule any more showings stating that nobody would take our offers seriously because our house was under contract. On top of that, the selling agent then tried to convince us to go into a rental. (We are a family of 5 and made it clear at the onset that renting is not something we are interested in.) Second agent would take upwards of a week to respond to any questions, and by that time, most houses we wanted to see were already sold. Slum lords do not rent from these people. We had our apartment flooded out bye the neighboring tenants and they took a week to even come and look at the damage. Then took two weeks to air dry we had to vacuum up the water. I have pictures. We reported our bathroom fan stopped working and they never fixed so black mold started to grow in the bathroom they blamed us. When we moved in found that the driveway flooded and would come into the house so with an agagreement with the property manager Diane i would do a french drain and get reimbursed almost $1000 i was never reimbursed. Now that we have moved out they refuse to give the securoty deposit. Even thou i repaired all the nail holes in the wall and my exwife and her aunt went back and cleaned the house. Again do not rent from these people
