Old Cypress Home Inspections

Peter is a nice guy but I have to be honest about my review. The experience was not good for us and we had a 30 day close with issues from his inspection that had us nervous 1) He sent us the wrong report for a different house. Had to resend correct one 2) Sends correct one but has roof as 31 years old metal when it was a 18 yr old shingle roof 3)Left plumbing section empty so we couldn't tell if the plumbing was original or updated. Insurance needed another report from him. He had to resend 4) Never looked at the permit of the original roof on the wind mitigation report so we couldn't get our FBC discount. He had to resend 5) Mentioned a second power panel but never listed its age. I had to get it for him off the public county website. Insurance asked for it to be resent 6) We got a reroo

Peter was very thorough with his inspection and submitted his report within the same day. Very detail-oriented and polite. I was very pleased with his services and will use him for future properties.
