Old Cutler Village Apartments

My experience with Old Cutler Village was extremely disappointing and frustrating. First, our income was artificially inflated during the compliance process, even though our paystubs clearly reflected base earnings. This miscalculation ultimately disqualified us, despite us providing transparent and accurate documentation. What made the experience worse was the order in which management handled things. They ran our background and credit checks and collected our deposit immediately before verifying income. Because of this, we now have to wait four weeks to receive our deposit back, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the leasing staff had us submit document after document and go through repeated verifications instead of simply requesting the required paperwork upfront. This dragged out t

I have lived here for over 12 years. They have amazing, competent staff. It's a very safe, clean gated community. Staff has always been so helpful, warm and kind. I have never ever had an issue with them the whole 12 years I have lived here. Maintenance is also very quick to respond when things need to be looked at or fixed.

I just recently moved here, and I have to say it's been an easy and wonderful process and experience. From the wonderful lady in the front to all the wonderful managers. They work very quick and efficiently. Any repairs, questions or concerns are always responded to in a timely manner. From the office staff to the staff that works on repairs and keep the complex clean, are so kind. I definitely recommend OCV if you are looking for an apartment to rent. I love living at Old Cutler! It is so Safe and clean and taken care of. I have never had any issues living here. The management is great too very responsive any time I have reached out. Maintenance also is very quick to come fix any issues when placing a work order. Very great place!

Poor management. Be careful with them. They try to stay with the deposits. Putting lame excuses to keep your money. Report to business bureaus
