Old Bridge Apartments

We’ve lived here for about 4 months and love it! Plenty of parking, nice neighbors, very clean and quiet townhouse community. When we had the big snow storm, the sidewalks were salted and the parking lot was clear. We recently had our upstairs toilet overflow (no fault of our own or the management-just an ill fitting stopper) and it soaked through the ceiling and onto the carpet. Jose was here that day to assess the damage. In less than a week we had the carpet dried, the ceiling repaired/painted and the toilet fixed! So big shout out to Jose and the maintenance department! 👍🏼

Maintenance has always been on it! I love it. I’ve lived here for 7 or 8 years and anytime I’ve had an issue they have been there the next day. Honestly maintenance and our office staff are very responsive and kind. It’s what has kept me here all these years. Ryan was the last person to come by and fix things in my place. I can’t remember everyone elses names from the maintenance team but they’ve all been kind and a make sure the area that a fix happened is also left clean.

I've really enjoyed living here! I've had some bad experiences with apartments and this complex is such a breath of fresh air. Ryan and Jose in maintenance are quick, professional and awesome to have around. I've had only good experiences with Brandi and Tabytha in the office. The property is well maintained and I love to see the kids playing in the green spaces. Very animal friendly as well which is a huge bonus for me.
