Ohio Home Finance took care of everything for my new home purchase. I had used them 16 years ago when I first used my VA home loan benefits and used them again this year for my second home I’ve purchased. They helped me through all the red tape that makes using VA benefits sometimes overwhelming. They pushed everything as quickly as was possible, and all of this was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I would definitely recommend them to any fellow Veteran who is looking to use their Veterans benefits in purchasing a home.

Jeff and his team went so far above and beyond so that I, a veteran with not great credit, could finally own his own house. I am selling a home to buyer using this agency. And let me explain.....this place displays a huge lack in communication and in my opinion is not the best option for someone looking to buy a home. On several occasions this agency forgot or neglected to gather routine information for the home being sold, did not inform that specific inspection needed done until the scheduled week of closing, and we are out 13 days past the date we were supposed to close.

I have worked with Ohio home finance twice for VA Loans. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.
