Kyle, Dan, Jimmy, & Mareena are who i have dealt with specifically. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is terrible, and they’ve shown zero accountability from start to finish. Back in October 2024, I paid a $1,220 holding fee for a home they claimed was move-in ready. When I arrived, the unit was roach-infested, filthy, and completely uninhabitable. I refused to move in, and they refused to return my money. I had to take them to small claims court, and on April 23, 2025, the court ruled in my favor—ordering them to return the $1,220 holding fee and court costs. It’s now June 2, 2025, and they still haven’t paid me or even attempted to contact me regarding payment. I’ve attached photos showing the disgusting condition of the home they expected

I thought that I would have a nice experience with them, but it turns out these people have no compassion, no understanding, and no type of care for people. Only rent with them if you are 100% perfect. God forbid anything happens that’s out of your control because they will not care. I even told them that if they pull the plug on my already approved application that I had already paid a deposit for, me and my daughter would be homeless and they could’ve cared less. Do not rent from these ignorant people. Jimmy, Mareena, Dan were the people who I’ve dealt with. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

I booked tours with this company to see a few of their different properties, but after looking over their website and dealing with them I have decided to not even view the apartments. They canceled one of my tours and rescheduled it for a different time without confirming with me. When you book a tour they ask for three different times that would work for you. They rescheduled me to a time I did not put down. Also they have an AI review on their website that is literally just the “lorem ipsum” script with a photo of a fake woman. This place seems like a mess and I don’t want anything to do with it.

I wish I read the reviews before I even considered applying for a property through them. They do not communicate, you will not ever get a living person on the phone, they will not cooperate with you if you need to send documents to them, and they are incredibly unprofessional. They told me they needed my employment verification, but would only accept emails. My job will only offer employment verification through a third party service The Work Number. I offered to provide them these documents for free, otherwise they would have to pay to request them. I heard nothing for over a week about where to submit these documents. Then they randomly send us an application denied text message with no context after refusing to even let us submit our documents. If the reviews didn’t already dissuade you

Reafco-OEM is the most unprofessional management company I’ve dealt with. DO NOT RENT HERE I have lived here a whole year, put a proper notice in to vacate and paid all bills and fees accordingly to my lease terms. They are now trying to give me a $1000+ water bill for my last months rent. The office management clearly does not know what they are doing; they could’ve gave me the water bill quarterly , but to try and tally the bill and tell me I owe 2500 plus at move out is insane and clearly a grave mistake by the management company.
