I really did not have time to deal with selling our home FSBO and the particular home was far away from the area realtors who I personally know work within so we used this company after we received a flyer in the mail.The realtor commission was low (2%) and the closing cost was slightly less than what we were hoping for, but well within our target range, granted we did not put much work into the home besides stainless steel appliances and new flooring. My only qualms were that the particular realtor was very young and although friendly, was not very flexible with the fact that I lived in a different city and did not have much help to evacuate and prepare the house for certain dates.
