Ogden Manor Apartments

I lived at Ogden Manor Apartments for almost 7 years. The tenants are very friendly, nice and very concern about each other. What I like about Ogden Manor there are people of all nationalities. Nicole Dial is the property manager. She is friendly and pleasant to the residents, she listens and take action and follow thru or help where she can. She makes sure work orders are complete almost the same day you call or go to the office. The landscaping is impeccable. Looks a lot better than it did 7 years ago. There needs to be more activities and amenities. However, Nicole is open to suggestions and tries to please the tenants with their suggestions if it is within her reach. The grounds are neatly manicured and has the most beautiful flowers. Plenty of of parking and the parking lot is

Nice place to live! Been here 3-years now. The current management team does a great job of keeping everyone satisfied. The maintenance team keeps things looking and smelling good. Overall: a well-maintained building, respectable management, and good neighbors 👍

I love Ogden Manor. It really makes me feel at home. comfortable,safe and close to stores. Management Is fair and easy to talk to Also if you have a concern or suggestion they will try to assist you anyway that they can with in reason Thank You!

I have found the management here to be cooperative, friendly, respectful and efficient. Most of my experience has been with the Manager Margie and I have found her to be extremely pleasant and helpful.
