Honestly i expected the usual investor runaround, but these guys were legit. Clear offer, no last-minute changes, and they handled everything. Would recommend if you want a clean sale.

I do not recommend using this company. You can not get them to answer the phone for you. They are not very good about letting you know what is going on. They changed my closing date 3 times and didn't tell me the first time. Sometimes it would take well into the next day before I was able to get them to answer a phone. Over all I wasn't happy with them at all.
