Off Campus Property Management

Off Campus Property Management has been great to work with! This is my first year living in one of their properties and I couldn’t recommend it more. They are easy to communicate with and respond fast to any questions or concerns I have had.

I haven’t lived under off campus property management very long but so far it’s been amazing. It’s so much better compared to the dorms as there are only 4 people in an apartment and there is a kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher. Sadie has been super helpful with anything my roommates or I need such as putting our fingerprints in the door immediately. It’s a great place while at college!

This property management is very nice and easy to work with. The dorms are walking distance from campus and close to many shops and food spots. This is my first time renting with them and it has been quite a pleasant experience.

This is my second year with Off Campus Property Management and it has been amazing! The management is always so quick to fill maintenance requests and keeps everything clean and running smoothly.

The list of rules for tenants is extensive yet the unit I moved into was very dirty and has hundreds of nail holes in the walls. The lights do not work, this is a safety issue. The management crew should spend time walking through all the units before new tenants move in. The maintenance crew should take time fixing all the things that do not work. Asking for pictures of all the imperfections and expecting new tenants to follow all the rules is too much. Obviously, the previous tenants did not obey the rules and I am risking being charged for all these repairs unless I can capture all the imperfections with my camera. This place needs lots of attention and management needs to pay attention to detail in this worn down property. One positive thing thus far is that Amberley has been responsiv
