Lori and Kimberly are 2 of the most professional, passionate, kind, down to earth, and sweetest ladies I've come across in a long time. My stay in Tulsa Oklahoma was amazing because of their beautiful spirits and their beautiful property. I felt safe and stress free thee entire time. If you're ever on a job assignment in Tulsa, please check them out 1st. I stayed at the Lofts on St Louis Avenue. Beautiful studio apartment that's fully furnished! I lived at an O'Fallon property for a year and they are WONDERFUL! I am only leaving to be in a bigger place and location that suites me better. Kimberly is so welcoming and very responsive when I had to reach out to her. They are doing a lot for that neighborhood and it shows. Maintenance was always quick to respond and so very sweet. They remember you and always say hi when they see you. I highly recommend looking for a place with them- I can guarantee you it will be clean, well maintained and you'll be taken care of.

I have lived at O'Fallon Properties for over a year and its been such a great experience. Any maintenance requests are met right away. Nothing but very positive things to say about the property management and the owner! Very lovely group of people and apartments on st.Louis! Very clean when you first move in and monthly pest sprays! Easy to contact landlord for any problems that may occur and they will keep in touch with monthly emails to all tenants. Would recommend to anyone, always felt very safe and very close to great Tulsa activities, which is something the company promotes by giving you pamphlets with Tulsa activities happening!

O’Fallon Properties has quality apartment living for a great price. I live in the Cottages on Rockford here in Tulsa and I love everything about it. I have a quaint 1 bedroom 1 bath for $500 a month. 2 blocks from my job, walking distance to eateries and public transportation. I couldn’t be happier. Their response time for any issues I’ve ever had were quick and efficient. They truly care about their tenants and their properties.
