We purchased a home with O'Dwyer homes and had a great experience! From the first time we met with Tammy, the selling agent, the process was streamlined, friendly and professional. Her communications were timely and clear. We also worked closely with Jeremiah during the preclose walk through process. He took time to address our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We are thankful for the team at O'Dwyer homes for helping our family transition into our new home.

Me and my wife found this community by O'Dwyer after searching for several months for a house and only finding disappointment. What was offered here was not only hard to find elsewhere, but impossible. The lots are spacious, the prices are reasonable, the homes offer countless customization options, and the location is great. This is the only home we have ever built, so I do not have a point of comparison. However, The independent appraiser we used mentioned how impressed he was with the built quality during his final inspection. We had no issues getting problems and concerns addressed. We had several issues where something was done incorrectly by a vendor or contractor, but O'Dwyer was on top of it. Every correction was made prior to closing. During the construction phase, we worked with Taylor Kindberg and Jeremiah Edelen, both of whom were fantastic. They were quick to respond to our questions, addressed open items promptly, and ensured the construction stayed on track for an on-time closing. My husband and I just recently purchased a home with O’Dwyer and we were very pleased with the experience. The whole team is really great, responsive, and helpful. Working with Taylor, Brandon, and Jeremiah was really great! We especially enjoyed working with Jeremiah, the finishing manager. He was really patient and helpful during the walkthrough. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave in depth instructions on what to do or what to expect right before and after our closing. During the final walkthrough, on the day of the closing, it was very smooth sailing. He had gotten through most of the list we had identified at the beginning of the week and the house looked amazing! All the small details that needed tending to were complete.
