I’m very pleased with the customer service at Franklin Village Properties. Especially with the maintenance team on site. The gentleman are very professional, arrive in a timely manner and are extremely knowledgeable. Each encounter has been very pleasant. Every work order was completed within 15 mins. I highly recommend this property.

Two months into Odin taking over our building, I already can see why their reviews are so poor. It's clear from the start, this company is extremely poorly run and does not in any way prioritize their tenants. Within this short time period, we already seen many problems that were described starting with poor communication even with simple things as setting up payment or lack of timely responses via email, and a general lack of caring as seen in their lack of cleaning in the lobby (its been one cleaning for 2 months so far) or common areas (even our stairway has yet to be cleaned once). STAY AWAY!!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM ODIN My experience with Odin was horrible on every level. They are dishonest, neglectful, and operate with complete disregard for tenants. Do not trust them.Their buildings have active pest issues.I personally encountered infestations in the common areas and inside the unit, yet nothing was done to address or remediate the problem in a timely way. The on site laundry facilities were broken more often than they worked. Management offered no meaningful repairs or alternatives. I lived through periods with little to no heat and received no prompt remedy. For a company collecting rent and deposits, failing to provide heat is unacceptable. To conclude, Odin consistently failed to answer calls, emails, or messages. When you press for answers, you get delay tactics and excuses. I

Odin is, without question, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional property management companies I’ve ever encountered. They operate with complete disregard for tenants, the law, and basic human decency. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare from beginning to end. The level of negligence and arrogance in their management is staggering. The apartment itself was in poor condition, outdated, poorly maintained, and clearly managed by people who care only about taking money, not providing livable home. Communication with Odin is practically impossible they ignore calls, emails, and messages until it becomes absolutely unavoidable for them to respond. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Odin. They are not trustworthy, they do not

I reached out to Mr. Duncan regarding my building being without heat. Just hours later he sent out a heating crew, & the heat on back on! The heat literally did my body some good. Feeling so much better & warm! ☺️
