These guys handled my closing for a refinance. I would never recommend them again. Since it was a refinance, it should've been easy - however these people actually never did what they say they would do. They called me on the phone regarding closing. I asked for the documents upfront so I can review it and have an idea of the overall docs PRIOR so we can shorten the face-to-face in regards to COVID. Never got that email. So okay handle everything the day of... no problem. Just very inefficient. Upon closing, I was given the option of waiting for a check or having the funds deposit it into my bank. I asked them specifically if it was a direct deposit because anything else would've incurred fees. I was told by my guy that it was and so I gave them a void check thinking it was easier. They se
