Shelly was made for this job. She gave me a tour and was so helpful, kind, and personable. She took the time to show me a couple apartments even though it was the end of the day. And was very helpful answering all of my questions and concerns.

The apartment community is beautiful! Shelly was so kind and helpful throughout the application process. ***update: I’ve been here a few months now and love it. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and helpful; any little move-in hiccups were fixed within a day. Our two-bedroom is bright, roomy, and was clean when we moved in. The dog park is small but perfect for letting them run, and the whole property is great for walks. Yes, dog poop can be an issue but it seems to come from a few repeat offenders-I don’t think it’s the norm here. I’ve seen comments about thin walls, but maybe we just lucked out-other than the occasional footsteps upstairs, it’s been super quiet. For the price, I think it’s a steal- especially coming from Ne

Bad management, Poor customer service Many issues and they are not willing to help you. They are greedy apartment. Ps. They answered me I’m not on their list Yes, I’m not on your list but we are trying to rent apartments but had a bad management and poor customer service from them. So instead of fixing your problem and making it up to make customers happy they just do the opposite way…. Whoever owns this apartment you should train your staff better and management better so a lot of people don’t have to deal with your bad management. Because it is not only us that have the same experience if you look up the reviews it has some couple reviews that have the same situation as us.

Do NOT move in here w/o driving here and doing a thorough inspection and triple checking everything. Or you’ll get royally screwed line myself and the dozens of residents I’ve spoke too in last 2 months moving here. Management has high turnover and they’re understaffed. 2 maintenance guys manage 400 apts and get 20-30 overtime weekly and are overworked. My apartment was gross. They sent cleaners back after I called nonstop. The “cleaning” people stayed at my door bc of my dog. Marks all over walls, yellow stains on floors, leaking faucets, nasty calcified faucets, skinks, tubs and showers, dishwasher doesn’t work, washer smell won’t go away, working faulty my light won’t turn off in living room when switched off. Shelly and Jodi from the Berlin Oceans East complex have been wonderful, and very quick to respond to emails/calls sent. They have made the move in process very welcoming and a very smooth transition! I recommend Oceans East to families looking for a place in the area.
