Ignore the negative reviews. Anyone complaining about living in Oceanport Gardens has other issues. The building recently went through a top to bottom renovation and many modern features and improvements were added. This is one of the most desirable and affordable 55 plus communities in Monmouth County. The property is managed by the same company that developed Hudson Yards in New York City and hundreds of the nicest facilities in the country. The staff is friendly, professional and well trained and like any large organization, it’s had some turnover, especially during the COVID virus.The only way to judge is to see it for yourself.
The absolute best place to live at 79 yrs. It is private, staff friendly , convenient, secure! Whatever you need is close by!!!
