Ocean Winds Apartments

We really like it here. Darin has been good to us. The apartments are nice, and the grounds are very well kept. It's been a blessing to live in Brookings. All The neighbors have been very friendly too. Happy to be here.

Very nice apartment complex. Has a play area for kids. Has a club house and even computer access for the residents. Laundry room available for the folks living in a one bedroom unit. Two and 3 bedroom units have washers and dryers. This is a income based housing unit. Quiet area. At the end of street. Non smoking complex.

The manager of the apartments Darren is a narsasistic jerk. He runs the apartments like a prison. He Claims to want to be the next Adolf Hitler. He is overly agressive to the tenantes. He Feels it is ok to stalk tenantes. He is a horrible person. I wish any low income family luck because you will need it living within the "walls" with this awful human being.

Very straight forward, keep your place fairly clean and soon something breaks fill out foarms. They help you long you keep them informed of your struggles.
