I became a tenant in October, Tom made the process was really smooth from applying to receiving keys. There was a small hiccup when moving in. But Jeff and maintenance took care of it promptly. Any issues are always addressed in a timely manner. Marae always communicates, and has been a pleasure to rent from.

We started renting in October and so far have had a great experience! Maintenance is always on top of any little thing needing to be fixed even if it’s a snow storm! Our apartment is very well maintained by not just us but our maintenance and landlord as well! I’d highly recommend renting from them!! As long as you pay your rent you will never have to worry about a thing! Definitely a great team!

Excellent place to obtain clean up to par rental units. Tom in the office and the owner Marae are a pleasure to deal with. My family and I came from out of state, we are blessed to have found Ocean State. Apartment hunting was a nightmare until I met Tom ! Thank you much guys!

My landlord she’s a great landlord. I’ve been with her about six years. If there’s any problems, she always make sure everything is working and she really does take care about her attendance
