Ocean Ridge Plantation

Played Tigers Eye with a group. All were disappointed with very shaggy and slow greens. Otherwise a nice track. relatively easy from senior tee (white) if you hit it straight.

Courses are in TERRIBLE shape. Greens, fairways, and tees are barely green (more brown) cart path from 1-4 holes are more dirt and oyster shells than asphalt. You can’t drive cart to driving range ( what’s up with that) , When an employee tells you the course is in bad shape that does bode well. Picture just a very tiny shot of bad cart paths( this actually was a good area). Expected a lot better looking course for the cost; website pictures must be old and are very deceiving.

Most everything is broken or some weird issue. Golf Courses are run down and big time issues with the developer - complete with lawsuits. It takes a toll on homeowners, key talking points among residents is the new amenities center. The new amenities centers has become a major letdown and costly. Buyers Beware!

Professional Organization Deficiency in Ocean Ridge Plantation Real Estate Transaction In February 2025, I entered into a contract with Coastal Communities of Ocean Ridge Plantation to purchase a lot in Ocean Ridge Plantation. I collaborated with an in-house realtor and scheduled a closing for March 21, 2025. During the closing process, I contacted the closing attorney for updates and was informed of a lien on the property delaying the closing. The attorney informed me that the sellers had refused to satisfy the lien, and Coastal Communities was engaged in a legal dispute with the lien holder. Golfed 36 here and its an absolutely amazing place to golf. (Tigers eye & panthers run) Course was dry and a little yellow due to lack of rain, but still played great. Overall staff was very professional, friendly, and more then willing to go above and beyond. Will definitely be going back if I'm ever in the area again. Would of given 6 stars if I could.
