My friends and I only get to spent minimal time together during the year. We are always looking for a place to relax and catch up and enjoy out time together. Seeing your facility on your website seemed perfect. The pool and beach accommodation were just what we were looking for. Spending a little more money to enjoy the view we asked for would of been perfect . We specifically emailed the hotel and requested a balcony with an ocean view. What we were given was a standard room looking at a parking lot. When we emailed your front office resource manager, to confirm our request for reservation, she asked us to go online a reserve what we liked. The confirmation they sent was for one guest, not two. We called the hotel to correct the information and they said they would take care of this. Arr

Fantastic Company, love their properties! Courtyard in Orlando has the most entertaining clown for the younger kids @ breakfast, great breakfast bar & good. Pool & Jacuzzi area is extremely clean.

Diligence needed with its Highland Beach/Delray Sands property. It's run down, including the discolored roof.
