Ocean House Apartments

Terrible place to live. The grounds are filthy and unkempt— litter everywhere. (See photos right outside my door) The street parking is impossible, especially after work hours. Management is awful, incompetent and extremely rude. Eddy is the only one with any decency. He is a nice man although he did lie to me about the laundry taking cards. (You have to pay $10 for the privilege of paying MORE to do your laundry with a money card, which is cash only and doesn’t accept small bills) Plus there’s always a line and the machines will ruin your clothes. My unit didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks after moving in (even though maintenance came several times for that exact matter.) Plus it was infested with ants! Drains were all backed up and AC’s filters were not changed prior to my move in. I left

Terrible place to rent ! Went in to look at the Unit and management told me that it was a showroom (which is understandable) but goes on to tell me that the Unit would look exactly the same. On moving day, they gave me the keys to a completely different apartment, different walls, floors, cabinets, EVERYTHING ! Dont move here

This place is falling apart it used to be well maintained and any request is done in a timely manner now everything is the opposite I requested to get rid of molds in the bathroom and for more than 3 months of follow up its being ignored yet put COMPLETED ON YOUR REQUEST!!! They come and check but never done anything everything is poorly done and will charge you for anything that broke. They renovated the bathroom and repaint however they never did it the right way they cover up the mess and repaint it POORLY now the old paints are coming off

Do not rent with these people. They will only engage you while you're in the process of renting, after that you are on your own. No communication with the tenants, they never respond to maintenance tickets. They never answer their phone, there's no email where you can communicate with them. It's one of the most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with. Kerem North Beach Apartments has to be the worst management I've encountered in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else. Even Urban resources is 10 times better than they are. You'll regret renting with these people.

Do not rent with these people. Kerem North Beach Apartments LLC is the worst management I have ever experienced in my life. They do not communicate with their tenants, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. They never fix anything it doesn't matter if you submit a maintenance ticket. They just ignore it. Once they rented an apartment to an ex convict, he would literally scream by himself that he killed people and used to be in jail, he harassed other people in the building. He was kicked out after someone in the building recorded him been a lunatic. This is all due to Kerem North Beach apartments poor management.
