Ocean House (512 Bayshore Dr Apartment)

In August 2025, a section of our bathroom ceiling at 512 Bayshore Drive collapsed due to water intrusion from the units above. We had raised concerns about the ceiling nearly 10 months earlier. Had management acted then, this could have been avoided. Repairs only took one day once started — but it took three days just to get someone sent, during which the bathroom was not usable and I had to go to the nearby hotels when I needed to use a restroom. Instead of addressing the incident fairly, management offered a half-month rent concession — but only if we signed a sweeping legal release. That document would have forced us to waive all past, present, and future claims (including health and injury), indemnify the landlord, and agree never to make negative or truthful statements about our exp

Building will find anyway to mess with you. Do not rent from RTW or anyone associated with 512 Bayshore Drive. Unresponsive management. Not well kept. Leaves and trash all over the place. Unit has many issues.
