Ocean Gate Apartments

It has been an absolute pleasure living here. The office staff is wonderful and maintenance is extremely responsive and professional. We have not had a single problem since moving here. Every resident I have met so far is very nice and loves to greet their neighbors with a warm welcome or a friendly goodbye. We absolutely love living here and we will be here for a very long time!

Heather, Holly and Candace are AMAZING!!! I can’t thank these ladies enough for all the help they gave me, and how easy they made the process from applying to moving in. They were so kind and understanding! I just relocated to Va Beach and had been looking for a place to call home! I’m so happy and blessed to have found Ocean Gate!!! I just moved in and everything is WONDERFUL!!! Communication was great, the community is so CLEAN and QUIET!!! These ladies went above and beyond to help me!!! Maintenance are AWESOME as well!! I feel so at home and I absolutely LOVE my apartment!!! Best choice I could’ve made!

I just moved in but it’s so clean and quiet here! Best decision I’ve ever made deciding to live here.

This rating is based on my moving in experience and how I'm rating my apartment currently. I've only been here a week and a half and so far everything has been great. The office personnel has been very friendly and right on top of everything we need and the apartment is fantastic, I have no complaints. If things remain this way, this could be my forever home.

I requested a second floor unit at the time I moved in, unfortunately none were available, I was told that I could get a transfer. I am a single retired, quiet person home most days. I had a mother with 2 teenage boys living above me and the noise was so disturbing for a year, they have left. I was hopping to transfer right upstairs and now new tenants are moving in upstairs which is a mother with 3 children. My apt also is just feet away from the children play ground. I would like to be able to open my windows and curtains to enjoy fresh air but privacy becomes an issue. I love my apt at Ocean Gate just wish I had a second floor apt. Best regards, Efrain Colon
