Ocean Bridge Hoa

Absolutely loved our stay. So close to the ocean. The only things I could complain about there are a ton of stairs to climb which getting all of our luggage in wasn't easy. The air in the master bedroom barely worked. It also advertises tvs and cable but you can't use them in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect. We'd definitely stay again!

Walking distance to the beach! Washer and Dryer, working kitchen appliances! We will definitely be renting again next year. Also 2 pokestops; 1 on the pier, 1 across the road 1 Gym at the steps to the pier 👌 Hope this review was helpful!!!

Quaint lowrise condo project located across the street from the ocean on the corner of Shore Dr. and Lake Arrowhead Rd. Has two outdoor pools. Some units have ocean or pool views. Project appears well maintained.

We were very disappointed with the unit we rented. We requested a unit on the first floor because my husband cannot climb stairs. The unit was 1A2 on the first floor which overlooked the ocean but it was very old and hadn't been updated for years. The unit was musty, we saw some bugs and all the furniture desperately needed to be updated. The sleep sofa was filthy and sagged so bad that my husband had to sit on three pillows just to get out of it. The two chairs in the living room also sagged very badly. There was a hole in the floor outside one of the bathrooms - it was covered by carpeting but if you happened to step in it, you would definitely hurt yourself. This association is the worst. They do not help if you have issues but love to complain and harass your guests. They use Premier Management that is beyond horrible. Communication is awful if it even occurs, you get hit with surprise assessments regularly. Not worth having a low hoa fee to have this group.
