My child and i have been harassed by the neighbors of hell for months yesterday my door was violently kicked by the neighbors son. I have reports i have footage this is crazy and management is too chicken to do anything. This is not how we supposed to live.

Very horrible and racist. These ppl who works there only cater themselves mostly to Spanish speaking ppl. They tend to act like they are better than blks who lives there. It be the Hispanic ones who constantly making noise above ppl heads with their untrained children. Having loud parties after 10pm and nothing is being done. Ppl keep calling 311 and keep writing to the Mayor office. This wasn't like this until wavecrest came along.

Don’t have no heat they only cut it on when management office is open then cut it by 5pm and there’s no head on the weekends they also started to rip down the notice since we getting no heat from hpd

The area is pleasantly multicultural. The grounds are maintained daily in the morning and afternoon. The landscape is just beautiful! Management has caretakers maintaining the buildings on a daily basis. You have repair men on duty repairing what needs to be repaired throughout the establishment. Whatever issues you have, you can address them with the managerial staff or an advocate. Overall, management and the owners tries their best to make sure Ocean Bay Apartments doesn't seep into despair... We or you can't choose your neighbors(undesirables) nor the company that they keep; but you can make the most out of life!
