As an owner and condo association president, I am very pleased with how OCREM has worked with us to maintain our building. Association Manager Cheryl Miller is always on top of the issues in our building. She represents OCREM at all our monthly board meetings and at our yearly general association meetings. She is pleasant, professional, reliable, easy to work with, and communicates well with the owners. She gives good, sound advice and is adept at contacting professional contractors in a quick and timely manner when needed. In my opinion, she is the best manager that we have ever had. In addition, the receptionist/secretary at the front desk, Kathy, is always friendly and responsive to our calls. Working with this management company is a pleasure.

From an Owner's point of view, not a great management company. Multiple issues with contractors that they have hired for work in the building that required entrance into my unit. They do not seem to plan and coordinate the work very well. They do not seem to exercise oversight and control over the contractors they hire. Unapologetic for the actions of the contractors they hire. No impact for the actions of the contractors that they engage for the work. The lack of action on OCREM's part seems to imply that they find the actions of the contractors that they hire acceptable.

I never ever had a problem with OC REM. It is so sad to read garbage from fake people (Fake names) giving low feedback. Shame on you. Eugene and his Team are hardworking, super nice and friendly people, always answered my calls and emails. This is a sellers market, you don't like it. Sell your Unit and move on.

Always had great quality with this company, constantly on top of things any issues I’ve ever had they’ve always been right there to help and do their very best to make me satisfied. Very responsive and respectful!! I recommend them 10/10 if you ever want a great local company who truly takes pride in their work!

This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive to community members, and are not experienced project managers. Beware hiring them to manage your property!
