My mom lives in to one of your apartments cause it’s the only place she can afford and I regret that she moved there. The maintenance man hits on her when he comes to fix things and it makes her very uncomfortable and the office won’t do anything unless she catches it on video. Y’all said he’s a good Maintenance man and they can’t afford to lose him! What’s up with that? You’re ok with him harassing her. He’s had to fix her sink 3 times. I think it’s because he’s not fixing it correctly so he can come back and talk to her. Also the paint is flat cheap paint and shows everything. The neighbors always have bugs. Cheap place! Disgusting.

I would give this company a negative 5 stars if i could, first they don't fix anything, they let the predominantly black buildings they manage completely be ran into the ground at the Cincinnati Ohio location. They never answer the phone and once you walk in the office, nobody is doing absolutely anything. Secondly I'm getting advised by a lawyer, as well as OFA trying to get a class action lawsuit petition open due to mishandling accounting and retaliation eviction, where money is being mishandled entirely and residents money orders are becoming unaccounted for, trying to charge residents to pay rent a second time or be evicted, because money is being mishandled. So if anybody has ever been managed by Oberer I will update this post with the attorney to contact. Let's shut this company dow

Needs to be more organized at the Troy, Ohio location. The phone constantly rings, the property manager is never there, the maintenance worker(s) are slow at fixing things if they get around to it. I just can't. I didn't give them 1 star because the price is just a little higher than where it should be. You get what you pay for!

Well this is a good company from a business aspect for sure. They put measures in place to protect their clients and prey on the consumers. I am a current resident at one of their properties that they manage (was not my plan to continue doing business with them as i just previously moved from another site that is also managed by them as). They do a good job by putting people in the offices that are cordial and responsive (but not helpful butin many ways). Overall the entire staff/company lacks understanding and caring regarding life changes/alterations. Instead they use it as a ploy to get more money out of the renter (greed). I have never been to an area this far (and I have lived in many) where u had to put money down before you lay eyes on the property (and it is non refundable). I hav

I have lived in a 4 family apt. building off Schantz Ave. since Nov. 2017. The management of CBert have been very professional and always available. The maintenance is the best and quickest I have ever experienced. Every time that I've called, they have either come immediately or the same day. The apt. is well-maintained. Every time it snows a little, they come to take care of the walkway and driveway. The windows are newer, so our heating and A.C. bills are extremely low. The walls are a bit thin, but if you have nice neighbors, you honestly can't hear anything. I would recommend a CBert managed property. I am not being compensated for this review. I just am thankful for such a well maintained/managed building.
