Oasis of Mandarin Apartments & Townhomes

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Oasis of mandarin is horrible!!! Made the 14 hour trip to Florida from Ohio, did my homework, was told my apartment was clean and ready. They lied! They had me sign my lease before they ever showed me my DIRTY APARTMENT. *** I asked to be walked through my apartment before the lease was signed and they told me no!!*** There was stuff all over the carpet and floor, and the tile was crack, the walls weren’t painted, they were dirty. You can tell that no one had been in there since the previous tenant moved out. There was splatter on the walls. We were supposed to live in someone else’s filth!! All the decks are rotten or patched! That first one (that we actually signed the lease for) was the worst with black mold all over in the shower. We really wanted to leave it was disg

Horrible customer service! DaShanae Chatman the lady on front desk she is a big liar and never tell you the correct things, nothing professional. She looks like she is in drugs or something. She tell you one thing now and then she tell you something totally different. I went with my boyfriend for a tour and same day she told us that we gonna have the apartment that we saw that day and then she change the apartment 3 times. She sent me a lot of emails and after I did everything and pay another company to be approve and I was approved by the other company, She call me and ask me for some papers and told me that since we where living already in the property I had to give her the information ASAP, and we were not living in the property yet.
