Oasis at San Marco

These apartments are awesome. My wife and I truly love it here. Our neighbors are very caring and loving. Vance is great at what he does and is very understanding. From the begining he has taken care of my family and I with any issues or concerns. The maintenance team does not take long with any work orders that are put in. It's so many positive things I can say about our community. It is a great start over home. Very affordable. Definitely family oriented. I definitely would and am recommending Oasis apartments to everyone that I know looking for a community.

The team at Oasis at San Marco is very nice! Any time I've had a question or a service request, they've responded in a timely and professional manner. It makes a huge difference to live in a community where the staff truly cares about their residents. The property itself is lovely, and I love the convenient location. Definitely recommend it.

My experience has been great new management is helpful understanding, no bugs in my apartment not 1. The unit was clean maintenance is very quick with work orders if you need something . Apartment is affordable pricing . I love new management and this place is very loving and family oriented . The management does there best to help you and care for your needs to the best of there ability 10/10 recommend and they answer and respond to any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

My experience with this apartment community was bittersweet. I applied and was approved to move into The Oasis at San Marco apartments a few weeks ago. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to move as planned. The manager Bandar was very kind and understanding about the situation. From day one He and Vance provided me with nothing but GREAT customer service. I can tell they really care about their community and the people who live there.
