I first moved to this property in May 2023 after the loss of my mother. The initial Leasing staff was warm and inviting and made my transition to a new city where I didn’t know anyone quite seamless. I literally told everyone how much I loved living here. Since that time, management has changed numerous times. To call it a revolving door is an understatement. I have been having issues since mid-December 2025 with the loud HVAC systems above my apartment. The noise can be deafening, especially at night while you’re trying to sleep. I have purchased white noise, machines and multiple earplugs to try to drown out the noise, to no avail. I have made recordings of the noise and shared with friends and colleagues. They all agree I am not exaggerating about the sound. I addressed this issue with
I've only been here a few days and don't know anyone yet. But the staff has been a huge help, are all super friendly and there's so much to do. It will be great to attend a few events and hopefully meet some new friends. The only downside for me has been that I really wish the floors were better insulated to cut down on the (just everyday kind of) noise from the floor above. I'm still giving a 5 star, I think I'm gonna love it here!
**I regret moving here. DO NOT move into unit 409 building 2** I moved in January and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The property may look nice and maintenance may be responsive but management and the leasing company are horrendous. Residents are charged for amenities that are constantly unavailable; the package lockers have been broken and unusable since before I moved in, the guest suite is rented long-term to businesses, and one of only two small quiet work rooms for hundreds of residents has been taken over as a leasing office. DO NOT rent unit 409 in Building 2 (the main building). The HVAC units on the roof directly above the apartment are extremely loud 24/7 — loud enough that you can’t sleep, work, or even think. The noise causes the walls and light fixtures to vibrate. And
For the most part my experience has been great. I absolutely love my apartment. The maintenance staff has been very accessible and quick to respond and fix what was broken. They are very friendly and kind as well. Also, Lizzy and Luke are amazing and do such a great job with their "events". I have enjoyed each one I've attended. I gave three instead of five stars for a few reasons. 1. I have greeted staff in the leasing office and on several occasions have gotten no return greeting, smile or eye contact. That is poor customer service. When I was a prospective tenant this wasn't the case. 2. I haven't always gotten timely responses to messages I've sent to staff. That has been frustrating. 3. There was very little empathy or understanding at one point. Once when I made a request, I got a de
I normally don’t leave reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel it’s important to share my experience. The leasing office here has been completely disorganized and unresponsive since day one. My roommate and I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with our lease that still hasn’t been addressed, even after countless emails, calls, and in-person attempts. Every time we try to meet with the property manager, there’s suddenly an “emergency” or a meeting that conveniently lasts until closing time. Calls are rarely answered, and voicemails go unreturned. The application process for me was entirely handled through email, and it felt extremely unprofessional. I understand I was being added to an existing lease, but there was no official form, documentation, or clear explanation of
