Our utility bill is 1/2 the price of the last place, and more square footage.

Will charge you frivolous fees when moving out. Take pictures of everything when moving in/out to be safe. Charged me for leaving something in the cabinets when I checked multiple times. Same thing happened to a friend. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Complete rip off of security deposit. Entire apartment was cleaned very well - lost every last dime -$100 taken off to clean the shower-$40 off to clean the stove-$70 off to clean the refrigerator- all of which had been done.

Clean fairly new apartments. They have a beautiful view in back of the woods nd a very well built and nice looking retaining wall.

Very clean public areas with nice apartments. If I was looking for a place I'd try here!
