Oakwood Reserve

This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Management here SUCKS, they don’t have a website where can you pay rent. Right now you can only pay rent by going to their office in person with a money order, but even then they’re not always at their office and they make it so inconvenient for someone like me who works a 8-5 shift. Also their maintenance department sucks too. I’ve had a broken refrigerator that they haven’t fixed for two months. I’m seriously considering breaking my lease. I advise anyone to NOT move here. Management here in crap.

My husband and i have tried paying rent in person 3 times now because they want a money order in person, and no one is at the office! There’s no drop box and no online payment system. It is 3:34pm they are supposed to be open 9am-5pm. I took off work early to try and pay rent since they weren't at the office yesterday before 4:30pm when my husband went to pay. Mind you we also tried paying last Friday and they weren’t here.. This has become a huge issue and is affecting my job having to take off when they aren’t ever here!! I took off in the morning time to pay rent because my husband couldn’t get off in time that day to pay it and waited here past 10am for someone to show up! How are you coming in an hour late and closing over an hour early but expect us to make the payment in person??

Still have yet to receive my security deposit! Make no damn sense .. no working phone nor no one in office .. management been switch several times since I left back in 2024 of august! Still no money waited literally a year & months too not receive my money back! Legal actions will be done!

the management is TERRIBLE , moved out 8 months ago still haven’t received my security deposit, no one is never in the office nor do anyone answers the phone ! i have paperwork stating that we receive our security deposit back but like i said they can’t keep management so there’s never anybody to get in contact with . I don’t recommend anyone stay there it’s too many issues ..

Lived here for one year. Interior was mostly fine, but the management staff is the WORST. They always left significantly early, never answer their phones, and you can kiss your deposit goodbye. We signed a lease in June 2023 while we were living in Colorado, and then almost 2 months later, the day we were moving out of our apartment to drive to Florida, we get a voicemail from them saying they may not actually have an apartment for us. We tried to call them back at least 30 times over the next week while we were making our way down to Florida, but of course they never answered. It caused us a lot of stress to pack up our lives and move across the country without knowing if we'd have a place to live once we got here, despite the fact that we had signed a lease and planned everything out mon
