Been in my oakwood home for 20 years I can't even tell you the amount of craftsmanship that we had to fix from simple incorrect installation and build. Absolutely disgusting do not buy an Oakwood home. Some of the repairs that we've had to make to correct to the house for general build has been so expensive we've had to do it in phases these boxes are junk.

Chris was a great help during our final stretch of closing and even after we moved in. We honestly expected the process (of buying a home in general) to feel very transactional and that support would end once the papers were signed, but Chris (along with our Oakwood sales representatives and closing team) went above and beyond. In passing he would make sure we had the resources we needed, and answered questions we hadn’t even thought to ask. Our sales reps have reached out as well after closing to make sure we are doing well and send their best wishes. I didn’t expect post closing to leave a positive impact on me but it did. Thank you Oakwood team.
